Description:This project reviewed information from studies conducted in Uganda’s drylands, a strip of relatively dry country running from southwestern to the northeastern Uganda.
This study synthetized challenges and opportunities for conservation of biodiversity outside protected areas within the landscape. The report was shared a case study submitted to the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative. Results will serve as a foundation for our activities in Drylands.
